In the upper right corner (if on mobile, under the three bars) where it says "Welcome Guest", click and choose "Sign Up Manually"

You only need 3 things:

Username (you choose)
Email Address
Password

IF you choose to have a different screen name (what your posts will show), you can choose one - like "Big Lunker", or "WalleyeFred".
